This patient with dark skin presented for upper blepharoplasty 10 years after satisfaction with lower blepharoplasty performed with orbicularis and lateral retinacular suspension. She was bothered by progressive upper eyelid ‘hooding’. Accurate incision/create placement and orbicularis muscle sparing allowed for symmetric youthful upper eyelids folds.
