Dr Steven Fagien is in private surgical practice in Boca Raton, Florida. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency in ophthalmology from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida, and completed a fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary in Chicago, Illinois.
